We have a coffee shop and all the magic here is in the hands of our professional and certified baristas. The bar is the stage of barista. Art lattes, chemexes, alternative brewing and pouring a shot into cold drinks in front of the guests creates the right visualization and the correct presentation of our product which are the one of the keys to the success of our coffee shop.

Our barista is an individual part of our bar and is an extension of the coffee machine. One more main responsibilities of the barista is to present the tray with the drink, directing the logo to the guest.

GRINDERS

We have 2 grinders. In old century coffee history it was believed that the good coffee is a bitter coffee. Over time, they discovered that coffee is the same tropical product like a lemon or an orange and should give an acidity. And then they realized that the beans were overcooked and thats why the dark roast began to decrease. Then specialty coffee shops were founded. They started to roast medium and light with a little sour. For roasting they used only pure Arabica.

The reason why CupCup uses 2 grinders and sells 2 types of coffee is simple - every guest should get the coffee they want. Specialty coffee with medium roast and American with dark roast.

BIO CARE

We try to use only biodegradable packaging, trays, forks, spoons and etc.. Sandwiches and salats are in transparent packages. Our guest must see the quality of our products. We use double wall cups, which not heated. So these cups don't need the holders, because this spoils the appearance of our product.

We use only coffee which was certified by Rain Forrest Alliance, which are against of planting coffee plantations instead of deforested territories. The coffee we use did not give any harm to the nature, unlike others cut down the whole forests.

HEALTHY FOOD

Every salads and sandwiches have nutrititional info on its packages. We need every guest to keep their health up. So we show them every information about the products. We also use only purified water, which undergoes 6-stage cleaning and enriched with essential minerals.
